Job Description:
What You'll Do
This role supports supports management of:
• Credit Committees (Charters, Policies, administration)
• Operational Risk Mgmt. (RCSA, Audit, Regulators, Exams)
• Management of recurring and ad hoc content for Board, EMC, MRC, others
• Strategy, planning, and coordination across CRM, 1st Line, Finance
• Integration project management for Credit Risk & Oversight
Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You'll Do It

  • Manages the development and implementation of business and/or customer service strategies, performance updates, and optimization strategies that support business goals.
  • Mitigates business risk while designing process and strategy changes which improve key performance indicators within span of control.
  • Drives continuous improvement through process discipline and innovation by partnering with technology and/or other cross-functional teams to implement digital servicing capabilities to minimize key stakeholder and/or customer experience friction and reduce costs.
  • Supports operations and other business partners through design, implementation, administration, and testing of processes and strategies in all business/customer service channels.


Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelors Marketing, Business Administration or Management or related
  • 4+ years Customer Service or Business Related


In Lieu of Education:

  • 8+ years Customer Service or Business Related

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $91,000.00 to $153,400.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
