The Cat® Foresight team is seeking a talented and motivated Principal Digital Product Manager to lead development of the Condition Monitoring, Component Management, and Fluids modules in Cat® Foresight. This role will lead a team of product owners and business analysts responsible for these modules. They will work with internal and external stakeholders and engineering teams to execute digital product roadmaps, drive adoption & continuous improvement through user feedback, and deliver value realization targets.

What You Will Do:
- Serve as a leader for Cat Foresight Condition Monitoring in coordinating, mentoring, and developing a team of product owners and business analysts to execute product roadmaps, drive adoption, continuously improve, & deliver value.
- Answers Dealer and Cat Field Support questions, while also leading Go To Market messaging and documentation creation.
- Coordinates with product development engineers to track and communicate design, development, support, and maintenance problems and solutions.
- Gathers and consolidates feedback from Dealers and Field Support and reports out on design, reliability and maintenance problems and bugs.
What You Will Have:
- Business Analysis: Deep Knowledge of the Business - Know the stakeholders and their businesses as well as they know it. Know the market, industry trends, customer behaviors, and expectations. Understand competitors, key trends in technology, and ensure the product fits into the broader Cat Digital ecosystem.
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Deep Knowledge of the Customer & Dealer - understanding customer & dealer issues, pains, desires, how they think. Extensive Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
- Effective Communications: Extensive Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
- Software Change Request Management: Extensive Experience in software change request management; ability to manage software product change requests from customers, prospective customers, vendors, and internal staff.
- Software Product Business Knowledge: Extensive Experience with the business aspects and operation of a software product; ability to manage install base, current uses, future plans, and product vision. Using analytics tools to stay informed about product usage & value realization to make data-driven decisions.
Considerations For Top Candidates:
- Previous experience leading a Team
- Cat Field Rep experience is a plus
- Thorough understanding of Dealer product support operations, as well as service challenges on capacity and capabilities
- Ability to convince and influence as change management advocate
- Project management experience
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills to deal with sensitive, emotional or potentially controversial situations
- Demonstrated ability to communicate appropriately to ensure a team's success
- Strong accountability planning/organization, and teamwork
