What You Will Do:
- Program Coordination and Alignment: Coordinate and align various organizations and workstreams within Cat Digital to ensure cohesive program execution.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with and manage business and technical stakeholders on a well-defined cadence, including the facilitation of the Rental Steering Committee, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the program lifecycle.
- Milestone Tracking: Monitor and ensure that all program milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Centralized Oversight: Provide centralized oversight to streamline collaboration and communication across departments.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, track, and mitigate risks that could impact the program's success.
- Resource Planning & Analysis: Monitor and ensure the strategic allocation and utilization of resources to effectively support program objectives.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive program documentation and provide regular status reports to the Rental Director of Product Management and Rental Director of Engineering.

- Plans for allocation of resources in line with unit goals, technical and business objectives.
- Ensures the planning process is integrated with the overall business plan.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking:
- Assesses and validates decision options and points and predicts their potential impact.
- Advises others in analyzing and synthesizing relevant data and assessing alternatives.
- Uses effective decision-making approaches such as consultative, command, or consensus.
Data Gathering and Reporting:
- Oversees multiple data-gathering and analysis initiatives.
- Participates in developing budget, resource allocation and status reporting.
- Reviews and verifies data and reports for accuracy, ensuring timely delivery of program communications to stakeholders.
Considerations For Top Candidates:
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders and communicate effectively, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration.
- Previous experience leading large scale enterprise initiatives.
- Ability to synthesize and simplify information for targeted audiences to facilitate well-informed, actionable decision-making.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle, including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps.
- Experience with the Cat Dealer network.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency for execution.
