As a Product Manager on the Platform team, you will have responsibility for roadmap and prioritization of tooling, capabilities, and processes supporting our customers’ ability to manage our core platform solutions. Your focus will be the evolving our platform tooling to modernize it to make it easy to consume as cloud-native solutions.
Hear it directly from our Global Product Lead (Mark Richman) on how you will make an impact as a Product Manager on the team: “As a Cloud Platform Product Manager, you will be working closely with our customers (both external and internal) to hear their feedback on our features, release cadence, security, functionality, ease of use, and scale. Working closely with stakeholders across iManage you will drive results that meet our customer’s expectations of a world class SaaS platform.”

iM Responsible For…

  • Leading the strategy roadmap for resources and tooling that enable highly-available, fault tolerant, secure, globally distributed SaaS platform
  • Effectively working across sales, customer success, engineering, and support to deliver essential features, improvements and updates that exceed our customers’ expectations.
  • Developing and delivering processes and procedures that allow our Cloud Platform to deliver quality solutions in a rapidly changing and growing market
  • Delivering thought leadership to the market via high quality business and market communications, presentations, events, blogs etc.
  • Working with iManage Product teams to prioritize and deliver platform features for which create synergies and support individual product success

iM Qualified Because I Have…

  • Prior product management experience working for one or more SaaS vendors
  • Good understanding of market expectations for a modern SaaS platform
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to articulate a product vision and messaging to C-level executives 
  • The ability to collaborate, negotiate and navigate a complex organization comprising multiple cross-functional teams
  • Analytical skills including the ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Determination and perseverance to execute complex projects from start to completion
  • The desire to learn and adapt to changes in markets and technology platforms

Bonus Points if I Have…

  • Experience with Legal software or professional services organizations more broadly
  • Azure IaaS experience
