Job Overview
As a Product Manager, you will design, build, and optimize data pipelines and architectures that enable cutting-edge digital products. You’ll collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance across complex healthcare datasets. This position offers exposure to AI initiatives, big data technologies, and opportunities to influence product strategy in a dynamic, customer-centric environment. This role is fully remote (US-based) and requires working Eastern Standard Time hours.
Essential Functions
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines and ETL processes for large, complex datasets.
- Optimize data workflows for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance in a regulated environment.
- Support AI-driven use cases and advanced analytics initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues across multiple systems and platforms.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or similar roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with distributed data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data warehousing solutions.
- Solid understanding of data governance and security best practices.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with API integrations and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and advanced analytics.
- Background in healthcare data and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $87,000.00 - $217,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
