What we offer
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
We are looking for a Product Manager focused on internal execution and product operations. You will bring clarity and structure to a broad set of in flight initiatives, turn roadmaps into actionable plans, and drive delivery across cross functional teams. You will coordinate with Engineering, Design, Security, Operations, Strategy, and BD to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics. You will validate assumptions, track KPIs, manage dependencies, and maintain the execution rhythm that keeps teams shipping. You will also contribute to discovery by organizing input from customers and partners, but your primary focus is delivery quality and predictability.
- Execute on existing project plans across multiple product areas and ensure timely delivery
- Translate roadmaps into well defined epics, tickets, milestones, and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate cross functionally with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Operations
- Define and track timelines, dependencies, risks, and KPIs, and drive mitigation plans
- Run internal execution processes including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retros
- Maintain high quality documentation and clear communication to stakeholders
- Use product analytics to validate assumptions and inform prioritization
- Support lightweight discovery by organizing research inputs and surfacing insights to senior PMs
Requirements
- 2+ years of full time product management, program management, consulting, BizOps, or founder experience
- Familiarity with web3 or a strong interest with evidence of learning and contribution
- Technical literacy in programming or data query languages and comfort working with engineers
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong logical writing
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow through
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action in fast paced environments
- Nice to have: exposure to DeFi or RWAs, basic understanding of frontend or UX practices
What we offer
- Competitive compensation including but not limited to salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — We are well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation.
- Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO).
- Remote-first team across many countries — You will be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices.
- A+ colleagues — Our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap.
- Best-in-class investors — We are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures.
