Are you ready to shape how a global cybersecurity audience understands the value of asset intelligence? Join us and define the story that will drive our next chapter.
Why Lansweeper needs you
Lansweeper is in a pivotal moment. Known for the most accurate asset discovery in the market, we've become the system of record that both IT and Security teams rely on for unified visibility and context. With cyber threats rising and IT-Security collaboration under pressure, our intelligence has never been more essential.
As we deepen our cybersecurity strategy and elevate our market presence, we're looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Security to define how we tell our story to the security world.
What you'll do
  1. Build and Own Security Messaging & Positioning
    • Develop powerful messaging for security personas (CISO, CIO, SecOps...).
    • Craft narratives that position Lansweeper as the Technology Asset Intelligence platform powering modern security workflows.
    • Create value propositions that connect asset truth and contextual intelligence to real outcomes: reduced risk, faster investigations, improved threat detection and operational excellence.
  2. Translating Innovation Into compelling Storytelling
    • Partner with Product Managers to turn new features and innovations into clear, differentiated selling points.
    • Create launch messaging, product briefs, one-pagers, customer-facing content, and briefs for marketing campaigns.
    • Shape how analysts perceive our security strategy by guiding the narratives reflected in analyst briefings, reports, and market evaluations.

3. Drive Sales Enablement & GTM Alignment
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Enablement to transform messaging into compelling stories, and field-ready narratives.
  • Support the delivery of persona briefs, pitch decks, battlecards, competitive insights, and training materials in collaboration with Sales Enablement.

4. Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, category movement, and buyer behavior.
  • Translate intelligence into messaging advantages, and internal insights. Security & Domain Understanding
  • Understand how IT/OT/IoT/Cloud assets are discovered, normalized, and enriched into a reliable "asset intelligence" graph, including strengths/limits of key data sources (EDR, CMDB, scanners, cloud APIs, IdPs, etc.).
  • Translate asset and exposure data into actionable risk and operations workflows for IT, SecOps, and Compliance (e.g., unknown/unmanaged assets, coverage gaps, prioritization, reporting for CIS/NIST/ISO/SOC 2).
  • Clearly position the product within the security stack as the intelligence layer that unifies and powers adjacent tools (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, ITSM) rather than competing with them.

What you bring
Experience
  • 5+ years in Product Marketing experience in cybersecurity or in IT with deep exposure to security workflows, security buyers, or SecOps personas.
  • Proven track record building messaging, positioning, and narratives for security or technical audiences.
  • Strong understanding of security domains such as Vulnerability Management, Threat Detection & Response, Zero Trust, CAASM, EDR/XDR...
  • Experience working for leading cybersecurity vendors such as Axonius, Armis or similar is a strong plus.
  • Experience analyzing adjacent technologies in the security ecosystem and identifying where product integrations can create the most value. • Fluent in English and must live in Montreal

Skills & Mindset
  • World-class storytelling and writing skills, you can simplify complexity without losing the technical depth experts expect.
  • Strategic thinker who understands both high-level market shifts and the product-level details that drive differentiation.
  • Solid product marketing fundamentals including positioning, GTM strategy, competitive analysis, analyst relations, sales enablement, and product launch support.
  • Ability to turn ecosystem and integration insights into action by shaping use cases, spotting high‑value partner opportunities, and working with PMs and partners to guide roadmap priorities and joint solutions.
  • A proactive, curious, and collaborative personality someone who can partner deeply across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Comfort operating in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment

Why Join Lansweeper
  • Be part of a major strategic shift as we accelerate deeper into cybersecurity.
  • Join a high-performing, ambitious Product Marketing team that values collaboration, creativity, and impact.
  • A fast-paced, high-growth environment where you can make a real impact.
  • Opportunities for career advancement and continuous learning.
