Role Mission: 

The Product Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and maintaining product data for all destinations, including hotels, ground services, and connector integrations. This role ensures the accuracy and efficiency of product operations by leading administrative staff, managing contract input workflows, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence by implementing quality control measures, training staff, and improving processes

You Will:

  • Oversee the complete product maintenance process, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflow.
  • Optimize workflow efficiency:
    • Assign and track the contract loading process.
    • Coordinate the RFP process with the Product Development Team to maintain a staggered workflow.
    • Create and manage product grids for visibility.
  • Ensure effective supplier and customer communication and issue resolution.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills through vendor correspondence, not only in daily operations but also for special projects, clearing reservations, and addressing contract/operational issues.
  • Handle inquiries from reservations and vendors, effectively identifying requestors' needs, researching problems, sourcing solutions, and providing quick, courteous, and logical responses.
  • Oversee training and development programs to maintain high performance within the product operations team.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in product operations, data management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in technology and data tools, including Google Docs, Excel, Front, and other data entry systems.
  • Experience working with XML data feeds and the ability to analyze, interpret, and troubleshoot data integrations.
  • Working knowledge of all products, including Hotel, Ground, and Connector services.
  • Understanding of hotel manifest, stop sell processes, and connector integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex issues, identify trends, and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities, managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and correspond professionally with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Outstanding relationship management and customer service skills, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach to working with suppliers, internal teams, and external partners.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, effectively managing email correspondence with vendors on daily operations, special projects, reservation resolutions, and operational issues.
  • Proactively collaborate with internal teams, ensuring clear, concise, and professional communication with stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Thorough understanding of the organization’s mission, offering actionable suggestions for internal service improvements, product enhancements, and streamlined processes.
  • Strive for operational excellence, maintaining a focus on 100% accuracy in the database and ensuring the integrity of data management.
  • Lead by example and foster a culture of accountability and efficiency.
  • Implement training and quality programs to enhance team performance.
  • Ensure the department meets service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements to facilitate timely product load.
  • Adaptability, taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager to support organizational goals.
