About the Product Performance Specialist Role

Within an agile and team based product development environment, the Product Performance Specialist will be responsible to test assigned products from concept to post-launch. Key member in the Performance Excellence Team who supports the development of product specifications and product testing that will include quality assurance, functional testing and life cycle.

A day in the life

You’ll support multiple teams to achieve business goals through testing of new, existing, and competitive products.

Projects includes developing testing protocols, preparing/conducting product testing, maintaining test equipment, and working with internal / external inspection and laboratory resources.

You’ll optimize test procedures.  You’ll collaborate with engineering, sourcing, and our suppliers to combine qualitative and quantitative findings with insights from cross-functional teams, and rapidly iterate on product solutions.

Your recommendations will take the form of test reports, documentation of testing procedures, and observations.
