About the Role

We are looking for a candidate to build and scale ElevenLabs’ ecosystem of enterprise technology integrations and strategic platform partnerships.

You will identify and develop partnerships that embed ElevenLabs natively into enterprise platforms and workflows, particularly across CRM, CCaaS, telephony, workflow automation, and customer engagement ecosystems.

These partnerships drive three core outcomes:

  • Deep product integrations that make ElevenLabs a native part of enterprise workflows

  • Distribution through partner ecosystems, marketplaces, and platform channels

  • Revenue growth via partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and product-led usage

This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and revenue, with a strong focus on building scalable, product-driven enterprise ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive product-led integrations that embed ElevenLabs into enterprise platforms

  • Own revenue outcomes including partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell, and consumption growth from these platforms & partners

  • Build strategic partnerships across CRM, CCaaS, telephony, workflow automation, and AI ecosystems

  • Define and execute repeatable GTM motions with partners, not one-off deals

  • Develop native integrations, marketplace listings, and platform distribution strategies

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to shape APIs, SDKs, and enterprise deployment architectures

  • Enable partner and internal sales teams with clear solution narratives and customer use cases

  • Influence product roadmap based on ecosystem and customer needs

What You Will Do
  • Build and scale product partnerships that embed ElevenLabs natively into enterprise platforms, driving distribution, usage, and revenue.

  • Drive product-led integrations by working closely with Product and Engineering to define APIs, SDKs, and native experiences within partner platforms.

  • Own joint GTM and revenue outcomes, including partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell motions, and product-driven consumption growth.

  • Develop ecosystem strategies across enterprise platforms including CRM, contact center, telephony, workflow automation, and AI infrastructure ecosystems.

  • Design repeatable solutions and integrations that can scale across customers and partners, not just one-off deals.

  • Enable partner and internal sales teams with clear solution narratives, deployment architectures, and business outcomes tied to customer value.

  • Drive developer and platform adoption, including marketplace listings, SDK adoption, and integration patterns that increase usage at scale.

  • Act as the voice of the ecosystem to Product, influencing roadmap based on partner and market needs.

What You Bring
  • 8+ years of experience in technology partnerships, platform partnerships, or ecosystem roles within SaaS, cloud, AI, communications, or developer-platform companies.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise platforms including CRM, CCaaS, telephony, workflow automation, or conversational AI ecosystems.

  • Proven ability to translate technical integrations into commercial outcomes, including partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell revenue, marketplace distribution, or platform consumption growth.

  • Strong understanding of API-driven products, integrations, and developer ecosystems, with the ability to work effectively with engineering and product teams.

  • Experience building joint GTM strategies with enterprise technology partners, including co-selling, partner enablement, and integrated solution development.

  • Experience building product-led partnerships, including integrations, APIs/SDKs, or embedding capabilities into third-party platforms.

  • Demonstrated success operating cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to operationalize complex partnerships.

  • Strong commercial instincts and experience owning or influencing revenue targets tied to partnerships.

  • Ability to operate with high autonomy and ownership in fast-growing environments, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

  • Passion for AI technologies and the role of conversational AI agents in transforming enterprise workflows and customer engagement.
