Description
Our Platform Services Department lies at the heart of what we do. From effectively demonstrating product features and understanding client pain points in the pre-sales phase, to completing solution implementation, this swift and decisive team strives to create a seamless experience for Bectran's clients. You will be working on important aspects of SaaS Product Implementation, Product Management & Strategy and Technical/Business Support.
What You Will Do:
- Assist or lead ongoing customer implementations for Bectran platform.
- Assist in product growth by analyzing customer requirements and designing features/workflows.
- Prioritizing product roadmaps based on customer priorities and development lifecycles.
- Conduct product demos for prospective clients through online conferencing tools.
- Assist in customer support for existing customers, through phone, email or support tickets.
What You Need to Be Successful:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical or business client-facing role (Preferred not required).
- Passion for application and product design.
- Affinity for understanding and explaining new software features.
- Track record of building lasting relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication skills.
