Account Manager - Integrations
Founded in 2016, Provi is an open digital marketplace connecting retailers (restaurants + bars), distributors, and suppliers in the alcohol industry. We are a well-funded, hungry team making an impact on a $240-Billion-dollar industry.
The Integrations Manager is passionate about relationship building and driving outrageous customer service to our partnered distributors. They will need to come into the position with an understanding of the EDI format, 3 tier system, and experience in Project Management.
Requirements
Champion integrations and the coordination of ordering automation to ERP platforms. Will implement, integrate and provide road maps for ordering automation solutions, scoping requirements and needs to ensure proper execution and ongoing support for distributors.
Work closely with Customer Success, Business Development, Content, Marketing, Dev, and Partnerships in communicating plans and issues. Develop best practices and implement new efficiencies to streamline this process.
Responsible for working with Integrations Support to monitor data flows between platforms. Ability to escalate any issues internally or externally with the help of the Integrations Support and the Integrations Product Manager.
Proven ability at building relationships with Key Contacts at all levels of an organization. Following up when needed and creating additional resources to help coach or train those externally or internally when appropriate.
Work with the Integrations Product Manager to document and track all integration issues to find correlations that can be resolved either through training or dev work.

Previous experience conducting online meetings.

Relationship builder - the ability to work with a Sales Rep and turn them into an ambassador of Provi at the Distributor level.
Leadership style must be knowledgeable of Emotional Intelligence and Culture first approach.
