What you get to do:
- Reporting to the Product Lead, Credit Card, you'll drive the launch and growth of OppFi's new credit card product
- Conduct challenging work while bringing passion and new ideas
- Solve problems with creative and realistic solutions
- Learn the needs of our customers and business stakeholders (including marketing, operations, analytics, compliance, and external partners) to synthesize goals and turn them into executable projects
- Define the requirements for engineering and external partners, managing projects from idea to production
- Analyze product data to find opportunities, propose projects, and contribute to roadmap development
- Influence teammates, partners and essential executives through data and logic
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to build creative technology
What you will bring to the team:
- 1 or more years of experience as a product manager, product designer, engineer, or data analyst
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, economics, marketing, business, or math/statistics
- Desire to work in an environment with opportunities for advancement
- A track record of collaborating closely with all kinds of teammates and company leadership
- and experience managing projects with internal and external partners
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and spirit
