You will report to a Manager of Product Management.
Your Role in Action

    • Partner with our teams to organize and prioritize internal Relativity company opportunities and pain points related to RelativityOne operations and understanding user activity in the system that can be addressed through data solutions
    • Catalog data sources with relevant data for addressing internal opportunities and prioritize the construction of data pipelines for the Data Engineering team
    • Represent the needs of our users and Data Science in driving requirements on data storage, security/access, analytics, and governance
    • Establish and share the non-functional requirements for the enterprise data lake, including performance, availability, and more
    • Partner with a team of data engineers and data scientists to build data models that give value to our users
    • Partner with Engineering to translate Key Results into low-level stories with requirements for maturing our data lake capabilities and solving internal company problems


Your Skills

    • Experience with data lakes / data storage technology - get in the weeds with discussions and approach issues with viable solutions
    • Fluency with product management - understanding of the problems we're solving and explaining which problems we're solving and why
    • Communicate at the appropriate level of detail to guide successful conversations
    • Known for team collaboration - listening, meeting facilitation, and project management
    • Project management skills
    • Connect the lines between the team's work and our business goals to motivate your team and achieve success
