Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing, the Associate Product Marketing Manager supports go-to-market strategies to launch new products, cross-sell and up-sell commercialized products, and help retain existing customers. This position supports several products and projects across the IMO portfolio collaborating with product marketing leaders, product management, marketing, and sales to understand target markets and audiences, develop positioning and messaging, guide content and programs that drive demand, and create tools and training to help our growth team to be successful.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze market, customer, and competitor trends to understand and anticipate customer needs and behaviors
- Serve as a go-to product expert and champion. Partner with product management to understand and articulate our unique capabilities and value
- Develop clear, compelling, and differentiated product messaging and positioning
- Design and execute go-to-market projects across the IMO portfolio with guidance from product marketing leaders and strong cross-functional team collaboration
- Support sales teams with product and market knowledge, tools, and enablement resources
- Collaborate closely with the content marketing team to create marketing and sales enablement materials
- Collaborate closely with the performance marketing team to infuse product and market insights into campaigns, events, and lead generation plans that drive awareness and interest
- Effectively manage projects to deliver on-time, high quality results on time to support launch, sales, and client retention goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, marketing or business administration
- 3+ years of B2B software/SaaS/technology or services marketing experience
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong quantitative skills; experience with competitive analysis and market research a plus
- Cross-functional team collaboration; ability to work with stakeholders successfully and respectfully
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Passion for understanding complex solutions and explaining them in clear, simple terms
- Track record of career growth and increasing responsibility in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Healthcare industry or health IT solution experience preferred
