Position Overview:
Do you have a background in Human Capital Management (Payroll, HR, Time & Attendance) and enjoy presenting to clients?
Do you have a background in HCM Client Services or Support but would enjoy a new challenge that would allow you to function as a liaison between Sales and Service driving client engagement and retention?
Our Client Product Advisors are a crucial part of the Paylocity's sales organization, driving client engagement and retention while educating our clients on industry trends and Paylocity offerings. This position must share our passion for technology, compassion for clients, and high attention to detail to convey information to Paylocity clients.
The ideal Client Product Advisor is a self-motivated, collaborative, and persuasive individual whose primary responsibility is to inform new or existing members of a client organization of existing offerings via presentation while aligning Paylocity products to the client's corporate vision. Additionally, in this position challenges will be uncovered that clients face which will allow the opportunity to collaborate with Paylocity service leaders.
Location: Remote- must reside in Central or Mountain time zones or be able to work standard schedule within Central or Mountain time zones
Reports To: Manager, Solutions Consulting
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for development and delivery of online product demonstrations for payroll, time and labor management, human resources, and benefits administration targeted at customer functionality
• Identify and document current client needs and coordinate with internal teams to develop solutions that can be presented to a client
• Communicate clear and detailed solutions to a client regarding the Paylocity products they have purchased or introduce new products that will solve their needs
• Develop strong internal relationships with Current Client Consultants, Client Engagement Managers, and Solution Consultants to drive solutions that improve client satisfaction
• Facilitate feedback to multiple departments regarding prospective client needs, operational needs business opportunities, or product features & functions
• Use product positioning techniques based on market and product knowledge
• Analyzes and quotes the custom report requests for the Sales Engineer
• Ability to be available in the BA Phone Queue to help guide Account Managers to a solution of a Custom Report, Standard Report, or Report Writer inquiries.
Requirements:
• 2-3 Years HCM industry experience in Sales or Customer Service
• Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in working with a fast-paced sales force or service organization.
• Organized and analytical, able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
• Experience in a front-line customer facing role
Preferred Skills:
• Experience and familiarity of Paylocity products is preferred
• Experience writing business specifications preferred
• Training experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
Soft Skills:
• Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written or verbal conversations
• Organized and analytical, able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
