Our client, a venture-backed digital health company that uses predictive analytic technology to help providers recognize and empower patients who have increased risk for cancer at scale, is searching for a Clinical Product Specialist to enhance the selling process by serving as the product expert in client demonstrations. This position will be responsible for the detailed presentation and training of the company’s innovative healthcare products.

About the Role

• Demonstrate the full capabilities of products through group presentations as well as individual training sessions

• Conduct training with providers and clinical team to help them develop a deeper understanding of the products and best practices

• Be instrumental in creating product strategy by listening to the clients and providers

• Provide customer support and technical support as needed and in a timely manner

• Work with both the sales and marketing team to ensure sales and profit targets are met

Requirements

• Sales-oriented professional with a successful track record of strategic business partnerships

• Familiarity with and comfortability maneuvering and demonstrating the capabilities of clinical software

• 2+ years experience in clinical oncology and/or genetic counseling preferred

• Experience working for an early or growth stage SaaS company preferred

• Exceptional verbal and communication skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

• Ability to travel up to 30% as needed
