What you will do:
- You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients have an outstanding experience while using our cutting-edge insurance platforms.
- You will be the first point of contact for our clients as questions regarding product functionality arise.
- You will become an expert user of our software.
- You will work with various internal teams to provide client feedback regarding the product and user experience.
- You will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- You will interact and communicate via email, screenshare and the occasional phone call with our clients.
What we expect of you:
- 2+ years of Customer Service/Customer Success experience
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment where change happens on a regular basis
- Experience with (or an eagerness to learn) various collaboration tools including Slack, GSuite, and Zoom
- Experience using JIRA or another ticketing software
- Experience in and/or knowledge of the Commercial Insurance industry a plus
- Experience writing customer documentation, onboarding and training plans
