Responsibilities
- Manage the roadmap for our digital products: our mobile apps and web that merchandise our products and act as the primary interface for ordering and oven control
- Manage the roadmap for our growth products: our marketing site, checkout flows, and landing pages that drive customer acquisition
- Drive customer discovery, solution design, story writing, and user acceptance testing
- Work with the executive team to align roadmaps to company strategy and identify the key capabilities needed
- Evaluate product performance against key KPIs, drive constant product iteration and improvements
About You
- 5-7 years experience and currently at a Senior/Lead PM level
- Have deep, obsessive consumer eCommerce knowledge
- Have a passion for building consumer products
- Be a problem-solver, quick study, and self-starter
- Communicate complex concepts clearly
- Understand the customer, what motivates them, and what problems they want us to solve
- Understand the data that informs the roadmap
- Understand the business and how it works
- Understand market and technology trends
