Digital Product Manager
Affinitiv is seeking an experienced, resourceful Digital Marketing Product Manager to join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision of the digital product suite, defining new digital products within the automotive industry, product enhancements and providing product analysis and results. You should have a solid grasp on Agile methodologies, digital marketing strategy, requirements gathering, story writing, backlog prioritization processes and a business acumen.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and drive the requirements and user stories that support the product goal for engineering of both new products and product enhancements
- Maintain the backlog and the priorities based on current industry trends and business drivers
- Establish initiatives and align with cross-functional goals
- Ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders to understand their business, technical challenges and strategic goals, and then transform them into tangible, easy to understand product vision and implementation plans
- Ensure product aligns with company mission and goals
- Work with Scaled Agile framework to ensure data is secure
- Responsible for ownership of product voice and vision
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Five years previous experience as a product owner or digital marketing preferably in automotive marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field; master’s preferred
- A solid understanding of the product lifecycle
- In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, technical understanding of products, and up-to-date on industry standards and best practices
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel); working knowledge of software development
- Comfortable working with multiple teams, in-house and remote
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
- Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with business analysts, UI/UX team, leadership, senior management, and internal and external stakeholders
