WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Digital Supply Chain Manager, most of your time will be spent embedded with your customers’ teams (customer being anyone who will be the main user of digital tools we develop) and we’ll look to you to provide them with a unique business perspective on how they must continue to innovate and remain competitive in this ever-changing industry. You will focus on the evaluation, design, customization and optimization of Digital and Cloud-based solutions. You will team up with internal pods to pursue and deliver digital engagements and solutions that will bring our clients’ digital vision and strategy to life.
WHO YOU ARE
- Possess analytical mind and skillsets to enable diagnosis of problems and recognize opportunities across multiple areas of supply chain
- Possess superb communication skills to be able to workshop, initiate changes, and trigger adoption with cross-functional teams
- Work with the data scientists/engineers on your team to develop, own, implement and deploy state of the art machine learning algorithms and other predictive models which will service as a guiding light for change and improvement.
- Serve as an integral member of your Agile pod as a leader or advisor through identifying and solving complex challenges.
- Evangelize the value of data-driven decision-making.
Primary responsibilities
- Manage the scoping, planning, and execution of functional improvement opportunities
- Facilitate functional team interviews to enable quick discovery, timely data/report collection, and accurate pain point identification to map out “As-is” workflow
- Lead the analysis of process pain points and propose “to-be” workflow
- Manage the development of “proof of concept” version of tools and reports of the “to-be” workflow
- Help develop and implement change management and value tracking
- Help translate business purposes of KPI’s and tool build logic to technical team members
Preferred qualifications
- 3-5 years business experience (logistics/planning/supply chain consulting preferred)
- Logistics systems knowledge (SAP ECC, APO, OTM… etc)
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Plus: Experience in creating dashboard and navigating data sources on Tableau
- Plus: Agile experience in multi-functional teams
