Role

We are looking for a seasoned product management leader to work directly with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Finance and customers to define and deliver new features and services in Cribl.Cloud and Cribl’s SaaS offering. Span of ownership also cuts across metering, billing and auditing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product team to identify opportunities and product improvements that continue to help Cribl.Cloud’s competitive position in the market, solve new problems and deliver customer delight on an ongoing basis.
  • Partner with the Engineering team to define and prioritize initiatives for Cribl.Cloud. 
  • Partner with Finance and SRE teams re metering, billing and auditing. 
  • Work with Design team to ensure top notch customer experience
  • Collaborate with Marketing to help develop product marketing collateral
  • Work cross-functionally to help enable field operations through product training

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in shipping production-grade SaaS/cloud services 
  • 5+ years experience working directly with engineering teams in a product manager or product owner capacity (or similar experience in a technical role)
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous and fast moving environment
  • Experience working in a startup a plus
  • Experience working with enterprise software, users and buyers a plus
