Director Of Product 

This is a full-time role in Chicago, IL

SpotOn is a fast-growing Point-of-Sale, marketing, loyalty, sales, and reputation tracking platform that helps customers check in to earn rewards at their favorite local businesses using our web, mobile phone, and tablet products. Business owners can use data generated by these check-ins, as well as sales data, to reach out and connect with their customers, and manage their online reputation, and experience the benefits of loyal, returning customers.

Be a well-rounded product leader – someone who has both excellent product design/UX sense and strengths in market dynamics and business strategy

• Hire, build, and lead a high performing Product Management team
• Work on early stage and growth stage products
• Set the long-term product strategy
• Drive product design and prioritization decisions across directly managed teams, and work closely with teams across other product portfolio
• Be accountable for product roadmaps, resource allocation, and release cadence
• Be an evangelist for your product movement across the company
• Manage all of the Shared Services portfolio within the organization.
• You will be building and leading multiple product managers.
• Ideal experience would be someone with 8+ years of experience in a product role and 4+ years of people management experience.
• Someone with excellent product design sense plus awareness and interest in market dynamics.
• The drive to flourish with minimal guidance; you are proactive and thrive in uncertain and ambiguous environments
