Job Description
Responsible for identifying and analyzing the business opportunities and recommending actions to be taken to support the direct-to-consumer personal loan business. Responsible for managing Product Management. Identify and execute on strategies that build capabilities and partnerships to extend into new and/or existing product categories and distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage strategy that drives to Plan goals. Create product road map in area of expertise for products driven by customer insight and research
- Evaluate existing product enhancements and new product opportunities
- Drive Key Initiatives and business strategy for new and/or existing projects
- Manage Business Intelligence including competitive landscape evaluation and monitoring, customer feedback and satisfaction and market branding and opportunities
- Manage, develop and lead team. Develop team capabilities to meet evolving needs of the business
- Identify how to expand the product with new partners and or verticals including but not limited to acquisitions and investments
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related. Masters degree preferred
- 10+ years of Product Management, Business Development or related experience
- In lieu of education experience, 12+ years of Product Management, Business Development or related experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Track record as a trusted advisor and business partner - driving business insights, actions, and accountability, with a customer service-oriented attitude
