About divvyDOSE

divvyDOSE is a new kind of home-delivery pharmacy in a hyper-growth phase focused on adherence packaging.

Our company is professional but fun, dedicated yet quirky. We are fast-paced, highly-motivated doctors, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff who focus on health and wellness (and if we’re being honest, sometimes pizza) and most of us have slight obsessions with our pets. We want to make a difference in the lives of our customers by treating them like friends and family. We offer a work-hard, play-hard environment with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefit plan.

We’re now part of Optum and the UnitedHealth Group family of businesses, backed by the resources of a global health organization working to help people live healthier lives and to help make the health system work better for everyone. Are you looking for a way to create next-level results with a human-level approach? Then look at opportunities with divvyDOSE, where changing the world is just one result of doing your life’s best work.

  • Define, articulate and champion the product portfolio’s vision to your teams, peers, stakeholders and executives.
  • Clearly define goals and empower your product teams to meet them through a culture of freedom and responsibility.
  • Lead with goal-oriented/KPI driven product management approach with an emphasis on outcomes, not output.
  • Lead and mentor the existing and future product team members, including regular feedback and coaching.
  • Continuously refine the end-to-end processes related to product discovery, including identifying problems and opportunities, rapidly validating our assumptions, and defining the solutions that we deliver to our customers.
  • Work closely with the engineering counterparts to ensure efficient implementation of product improvements and facilitate engineering involvement in product discovery.
  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally with the marketing, finance, pharmacy operations, and customer service teams and address stakeholder concerns.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in product management.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and shipping software product with a high quality user experience.
  • Strong collaboration skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions
  • Proven track record of and passion for leading, mentoring and scaling product teams to reach their full potential.
  • Experience defining end-to-end product mission, strategy and roadmap.
  • Ability to quickly absorb and analyze unfamiliar information to make decisions that are supported by sound evidence.
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry is preferred.

Benefits

In addition to competitive salary and a unique opportunity to thrive at a growing company, divvyDOSE offers various formal benefits as well.
