As Director of Product, you will be the business leader of our Product organization.

Working with our team, you will create and communicate a product strategy centered around our OKR’s, revenue growth, market expansion, and customer needs.  

You will create and manage roadmaps and frameworks for assessing and tracking ROI for all product decisions.  

Additionally, you will work on strategies for product-market fit in new markets, customer segments, verticals, and geographies.

Due to the circumstances of COVID-19, Sertifi has shifted to working remotely at this time. We will interview, onboard, and operate as a remote team until further notice.   As it is deemed safe to return to the office, we will consider a hybrid approach to WFH and In-Office work.

Challenges You’ll Tackle:

• Manage a diverse Product team including Product Owners, UX designers, and Technical Content Specialist and facilitate individual personal and professional development.
• Develop disciplined approach and standards for the product roadmap and continuously communicate the product vision/roadmap with while managing agile deliverables
• Build effective processes and develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and effectively work with the product team to determine necessary enhancements
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success teams to gain and share insights with other leadership team members to continue improving the product and the business
• Maintain an industry-expert level of understanding and contribute to strategic conversations with customers, partners and internally relating to relevant products and technology
• Serve as a strong advocate for a product-centric culture, our mission, and continued innovation for our Platforms 

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four year accredited College/University required.  Advanced Degree/MBA preferred
• 10 years of product management experience required
• At least 3 years managing Product teams
• Experience with leading and growing a product organization covering a multitude of use cases and various platforms, preferably in the productivity, sales automation, payment, and SaaS/subscription business related markets.
• Experience creating, launching, building, and scaling customer-centric products
• Experience hiring, managing, and mentoring high performance teams
• Ability to develop a product vision and execute to make that vision a reality
• Demonstrated passion for building high-quality user experiences and a commitment to product excellent
