About the Role:

Our Product Owners are responsible for rallying our teams around our business and product goals and driving the process from project scoping through product launch and user feedback analysis. Our team knows the job isn’t done when the feature is done – we are focused on user success as the outcome. Product Owners at Prevail Health are masters at writing acceptance criteria and nerd out over how to make specs even clearer. They know what is in or out of scope for each of their projects, and why. PO’s work hand-in-hand with design and development to ensure product timelines are met and features are tested and user-ready.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in a product role (startup experience strongly preferred)
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar tools (JIRA, Pivotal Tracker, etc.) required
• Experience working hands on with design and development in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Experience translating customer requests into clear and concise user stories for engineering and QA consumption
• You prioritize ruthlessly, are execution focused, and overcommunicate with your teams
• Comfortable manipulating and analyzing large sets of data (BI experience like Tableau or PowerBI preferred)
• Proven ability to self-motivate and drive towards tangible outcomes
• Comfortable leading meetings with major client teams
