What We'll Bring

We seek an experienced, passionate, and highly motivated Head of Product (Sr. Director) with 10-15 years experience who will lead a product management team and a portfolio of products focused on identity, streaming media data & targeting, TransUnion’s data marketplace and future products related to streaming media. This person will be responsible for all aspects of product management and strategy.

As a leader within TransUnion’s Global Marketing Solutions group, you will work closely with the Sales teams, Customer Success, Integrations, Operations, Solutions Consulting and Engineering leadership to set the product vision, develop strategic roadmaps to improve upon existing products and pioneer new products, and provide critical input as a subject matter expert to facilitate successful product marketing.

This person will also be key member of the Marketing Solutions leadership team, working closely with executives from across TransUnion to drive scalable and predictable delivery of new and existing platforms, applications and research/data science solutions.

This position reports to the VP, Product Management for Marketing Solutions and manages a growing team of 6 product managers and product owners.

What You'll Bring

Engage with internal customers, prospects, and other stakeholders to create and communicate prioritized strategic roadmaps, resulting in solutions that drive new revenue opportunities while supporting existing clients and revenue streams.

Lead the quarterly agile planning process with engineering to provide focus and alignment on prioritized capabilities and ensure on-time delivery of features, overall product stability/scalability, and an acceptable level of escaped defects.

Participate in agile scrums and provide business prioritization and trade-offs against committed work, bug fixes, and potential fly-in work.

Consult with our internal Solution Engineering team and advise them on the best way to customize our product solutions to meet end-customer needs.

Manage recruitment, development, and retention of a world-class team of product professionals, keeping staff focused and motivated, while connecting business goals to their work.

Own and evangelize the product vision and strategy for the key product lines that fall within your preview: Data Marketplace, Identity, and Marketing Data.

Identify key requirements that support the business strategies and communicate to engineering and internal stakeholders through clear user stories and specifications.

Impact You'll Make

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree(s) degree with 10-15 years of progressive experience in product management and direct experience in digital media and the Martech ecosystem

Demonstrated success and expertise in building highly scaled, enterprise SaaS solutions

Experience with streaming media (including CTV/OTT, streaming audio and gaming) is a significant plus

Proven ability to manage the full product development lifecycle from concept to deprecation.

Experience in working within an Agile software development framework
