Integrated Product Analyst
Job Description
Supports
the creation and execution of specific deliverables as part of a scrum team
aligned to a specific product area. Ensures the quality and completeness of
solutions delivered each sprint.
Performs analysis and
translates business needs to create high-quality solutions. Responsible for quality of final product, by creating and execute test cases for new features.
Fundamental Components
Job requirements & responsibilities include but are not limited to (* denotes essential functions):
Creates and executes test cases to verify and validate system functionality.*
Verifies that acceptance criteria have been covered by test cases,
and are met prior to sprint demo.
Documents acceptance criteria in support of Behavior Driven
Development.*
Work with the scrum team and business
stakeholders to develop user stories and acceptance criteria that help ensure
product quality and meet or exceed customer expectations.
Partners with ongoing support team to provide tier-two analysis
and support.
Identifies bugs and tracks the resolution of issues related to
quality.
Conducts impact analysis of technology changes on business
processes and existing system.
Participates in collaborative solution sessions with technical,
business, operations and client stakeholders.
Supports bswift’s agile software development methodology by utilizing internal procedures and tools and identifying
areas for methodology improvement.
Background Experience
Must possess sound knowledge of structured software development
lifecycles and methodologies. Agile experience strongly preferred.
Ability to successfully interact with Product Managers, Software
Engineers and Business representatives at various levels.
2+ years Business, System or Quality Analyst experience.
Additional preferred experience:
Experience using the Gherkin language to in a Behavior Driven
Development environment.
