Do you already work on SaaS or PaaS products? Come try LaaP! (Lending as a Platform). Our Product and Technology teams solve incredibly hard problems daily and help shape an amazing experience for our LaaP partners. 

In your role as a Junior Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing ticket triage, user acceptance testing, product documentation, and data analysis. You’ll work closely with our Product Managers to launch new products and with our Bank Partners to get feedback on our products. If they have questions or need something configured, you’ll help make their experience with Amount the best it can be. You’ll also work closely with our Product Support team to quickly resolve any issues that come up that are impacting our Bank Partners’ experience. Lastly, you will maintain training materials, sales materials, and internal documentation.

What You'll Work On

• Triaging tickets for the Product team and keeping Customer Success and Product Support updated on progress
• Test new features before they get released (second line testing after Dev QA)
• Conduct data-driven analysis of how our users interact with our software. Make recommendations on improvements we could make
• Create a launch plan for each new product release (timing, documentation, etc) that incorporates items that our Partners need to do as well as items that Amount needs to do
• Train others on how our software works and answer any follow up questions about our software
• Help Business Development create sales materials highlighting our product offering
• Document what you’ve done so that future Amount employees and new partners can hit the ground running

Who You Are

• You have an inquisitive mindset and an openness to do things differently and more efficiently
• You have 1 year of experience (or have completed an internship) in product support, project management, or another analytical role
• It’s a plus if you have prior experience working with technology platforms 
• It’s a plus if you have SQL, Looker or Lucidchart experience
• It’s a plus if you have experience with Jira, Github, JitBit and other Agile software management tools
