Manager, Product Adoption
Envoy Global is on a mission to disrupt the global immigration process. Our patented online platform integrates the best of people and technology to streamline, simplify and expedite the immigration process for employers and individuals.
We are currently seeking a Manager, Product Adoption to take responsibility for ensuring successful product adoption of the Envoy application, by devising our organizational product adoption strategy, overseeing its implementation, assessing its outcomes, and working with other stakeholders to ensure adoption OKRs are met. This person will identify training and developmental needs, drive training and other adoption initiatives, define the metrics to track success, and be responsible for overall product adoption.
As the successful candidate, you will:
- Help internal & external customers develop the necessary product knowledge and competencies to be successful
- Oversee the design and execution of successful initiatives to ensure adoption of new and existing features
- Work with stakeholders, including product & technology leadership, to determine product adoption OKRs
- Identify opportunities to drive adoption based on performance data, delivery experience, and product evolution
- Determine OKRs for training courses and using these data to evaluate and improve product adoption and learning effectiveness
- Oversee delivery of training for internal teams, including new hire training, sales product training, and product launch training
- Create compelling curricula that accommodate different learning styles and needs
- Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods to achieve organizational training goals
- Manage and develop a team of 3 x Product Trainers
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure product adoption across all areas of the Envoy application
- Implement tools and methodologies to assess effectiveness, and measure progress towards adoption goals
- Monitor and report on adoption activities and progress to leadership
- Mentor and coach team members; hire/onboard new team members as needed
- Define curricula aligned to meet the needs of internal teams and external customer segments
- Oversee the development of new training material and enhance existing content as needed (such as a Train the Trainer program, new modules to support product advancements, etc)
- Continually re-imagine training delivery and approach to ensure the most impactful, scalable and modern tactics are being leveraged
To ensure your success in this role, you will possess the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
- 2+ years’ experience managing fast-paced teams, with the ability to proactively and independently drive and measure product adoption, as well as the ability to own the learning and training experiences of internal and external customers
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field such as tech-enabled services, SaaS implementation or training, or hands on training experience preferred
- Ability to grow, coach, and mentor employees while also successfully executing own projects
- Demonstrated experience using quantitateive and qualitative data to develop adoption initiatives, measure execution and effectiveness, and iterate as needed to meet adoption goals
- Strong commitment to meeting the needs of external and internal customers by providing high-quality, timely and thorough solutions tailored to their needs
- Strong passion for education and learning and possess in-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication, group presentation and teaching skills, with an ability to clearly articulate in a variety of ways to deliver key learnings
- Excellent problem solving skills - on the spot, if required
- Strong proficiency with tools that assist with measuring adoption progress, as well as commonly-used training software
