The role:

The Product team is looking for a Manager of Product Strategy. This role is highly cross-functional and requires constant collaboration with Operations, Legal/Compliance, Engineering and Analytics teams. A successful candidate will be data-driven, have a passion for identifying user needs and create the best-in-class experience for end-users.

What you'll be doing:

• Shape our product servicing strategy
• Own the post origination Product experience up to customers finish their loans with us including account management, payments, loan modification, etc.
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure the designed Servicing strategy is carried out properly
• Support regulatory and partner audit requests for our portfolio
• Run ad hoc projects that are often data intensive and analyze product usage data with the help of Analytics Team to identify opportunities for improvements
• Continuously optimize product KPIs through A/B testing
• Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate with external partners and collaborate with internal tech development teams to ensure that projects meet business requirements
• Conduct business analysis for new initiatives and make recommendation to the leadership team
• Stay up to date on industry trends and new tools/technologies

What you'll bring:

• MBA or Degree in engineering or business field
• 5+ years of relevant work experience dealing with process improvement, management consulting or data analytics
• Obsess over getting the product details right but knows how to deliver projects on time
• Focus on metrics, data driven prioritization and decision making, and continuous improvement
• High degree of proficiency working with data. Familiarity with SQL, Web Analytics Tools, and/or A/B testing are a plus
• Comfortable working closely with Development team and a working knowledge of agile development
• Clear and compelling in written and spoken communication
• Able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented and fast paced environment
