The role
This Managing Director will be a key member of the leadership team and will bring an informed perspective on the best approach to win and grow services within the Experience & Products. They will devise and implement innovative services and a market-leading strategy that will engage and delight current and future clients. The Service Offerings that are included the accountability include:
- Product design and development (Web, Native, Cloud Native Applications )
- Customer Experience Strategy Service Offerings
- Content Service Offerings
- Commerce Service Offerings
- Marketing Technology Platform Service Offerings
- Service Design (data-driven and optimised for the circular economy)
Driving growth is critical and we are looking for a leader to contribute additional growth of 20-25% year on year. They will establish C-Level, trusted-advisor relationships with clients and develop a strong partnership ecosystem. They will be expected to successfully deploy their experience, helping to win significant new clients to hit high-growth revenue targets.
Role responsibilities
- Set the vision and strategy for the Experience & Products service line and services.
- Manage and coach the service owners to shape in-demand services that create high-value offerings for clients and partners and the opportunities for us to form deep trusted partnerships.
- Constantly gathering qual and quant data from the market. This includes leading by example to develop deep relationships and understanding of existing and prospective customers, partners and the partnerships channel, competitors, tech and industry trends to inform where we play (product-market-fit) and how we will win (differentiated positioning of services).
- Set the right metrics to drive continuous improvement of existing services
- Provide insight to inspiration to drive innovation of new services and position K+C as market-leading in Experience & Products.
- To drive revenue growth across this Service Line in new and existing areas, including partnerships, and to develop opportunities to create ‘resilient revenue’ that promotes delivery, enablement and ongoing managed services.
- Collaborate with Ops and Demand platforms to ensure the right supply of talent to deliver the highest quality outcomes for clients.
- Support 360-degree communications to ensure practitioners are excited by the primary and support services and believe they can deliver on them; to ensure that marketing and demand teams are delivering on the best opportunities to position the services to new and existing clients; to ensure alignment and delivery of the overall strategic direction.
- Ensure the completeness and readiness of Experience offerings to take services to market, including considering appropriate distributed delivery models.
- Contribute to Thought Leadership efforts and inspire practitioners to do the same, promoting our services and expertise within this Service Line.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Harness the insight from your C-suite relationships to help define new propositions, in new sectors and in new locations across the United States.
- Support the demand team (including partnerships) with new and ongoing sales pursuits.
- Collaborate with Chief Product Officer and other Service Line leaders (incl. Strategy, Data, Cloud and Managed Services) on new Service Offerings
- Own and drive client satisfaction for the service line, continuously driving high standards and be the Client Executive Sponsor for high-value clients.
- Look for opportunities to further enhance K+Cs expertise in this area through awards, public speaking and publication opportunities, engagement with partners, analysts and supporting practitioners to evangelize in the wider networks.

- Strong commercial skills

- Ability to see the big picture and ensure our internal teams are constantly executing toward it yet be able to scrutinize detail and course correct to achieve the right outcome

- Relationship builder with impeccable communication skills who possesses the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders simultaneously
- Growth and change mindset; an entrepreneurial and fast-moving individual who is always thinking and acting quickly to drive the business forward
- Global lens and the ability to relate US-based decisions to the Kin + Carta global organization
- Driver personality with a servant leadership mentality, one who can understand what the business needs and roll up their sleeves to get things done
