Neighborhoods.com is looking for a dynamic Product Analyst. They will help bridge the gap between raw data and business through analysis and reporting deliverables. Responsibilities include measuring, testing, and analyzing digital data for the company’s two products in order to strengthen user engagement, improve online reach, and support larger business objectives.

Neighborhoods.com is the first online real estate resource to put the neighborhood at the center of the home search. Our platforms, 55places.com and Neighborhoods.com, invite users to imagine their life in a new area by providing a local’s perspective, including detailed descriptions and resident reviews of schools, amenities, and the surrounding community.

What you'll be doing as our Product Analyst:

  • Establish product goals and success metrics
  • Develop analytics tracking strategy to understand and drive KPIs
  • Conduct product experiments (A/B/n test, multivariate test, etc.) to understand growth and user behavior impacts and inform product decisions
  • Implement Tagging and Tracking using Google Analytics Suite (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager)
  • Architect and map analytics variables to track clickstream data in a scalable and sustainable ways
  • Synthesize data into actionable goals
  • Build and maintain reports, visual dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance of our products
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover opportunities for improving our products

  • Want to take our company’s analytics systems to the next level
  • Have a solution oriented approach and enjoy collaborating with your peers
  • Have previous experience transitioning A/B tests to a third party platform
  • Enjoy being an internal evangelist for the products you serve

Basic requirements to do the job:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a B2C environment in Lead Generation or E-Commerce
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in A/B Testing methodologies and running A/B tests concurrently
  • Hands-on Single Page Application experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics or BigQuery
  • SQL and Python fluency

Bonus points if you have:

  • BI Tooling experience, specifically Superset
  • Front end coding experience, specifically React
