Position Summary

bswift, an Aetna portfolio company, is a Chicago-based technology company that provides industry-leading benefits administration for employers and exchanges nationwide. We are currently looking for a Product Analyst to join our team.

The Product Analyst works with our Product Management team to troubleshoot product issues, define future product enhancements and test new features prior to release.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Triage, investigate and resolve product issues.

· Liaise with other business groups including Client Services, Sales, Marketing and Software Development to assist with product questions.

· Perform quality testing of the product prior to new product releases.

· Contribute to product specifications to help define feature and functionality requirements.

· Communicate global product issues to the appropriate areas of the company.  

Qualifications:

·     2 years technical background with experience in troubleshooting software issues; will also consider recent college graduate or upcoming college graduate with related internship experience.

· MS SQL experience.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical staff are critical.

· Team player and ability to work well in a fluid, fast-paced environment.

Education:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Management of Information Technology or related.
