The Role 

We are looking for a Product Data Associate to support our growing retail operations in ensuring that the data entry for all products is up to date with all brand standards.  In this role, you will partner with various stakeholders to bring our retail product information to life in ensuring that our website has accurate data. This role will require strong project management and problem solving skills to ensure all data meets Green Thumb and compliance standards.

Responsibilities 
  • Set up and maintain all product masters and data
  • Data entry for all new products placed on the website for both store and web-only access which includes detailed product attributes, specific product configuration and product details.
  • Coordinate with brand team, vendors and marketing on correct image and assets for POS and ecommerce platform.
  • Coordinate with tax department all new items are set up correctly for tax management and reporting
  • Maintain product master data database in coordination with Data warehouse team to retire and discontinue products as needed to maintain accurate reporting.
  • Enter and maintain all promotions and price changes for both Retail and Ecommerce, working closely with inventory partners and buying teams.
  • Ensure all product data entry meets all state regulatory compliance and configuration within the POS
  • Maintain product master hierarchy, follow approval process for any change requests
  • Other reporting, data entry, and administrative duties as assigned by management
  • Perform duties within expected time allowance delivering results with high accuracy.
  • Perform appropriate QA steps and ensure product data is correct across all platforms: POS, Ecommerce, Reporting and Analytics
Qualifications  
  • Bachelors Degree in business, analytics, supply chain management, or related field required
  • 2+ years experience in data, product, or project management working with tight deadlines
  • Industry experience in retail, buying or merchandising preferred
  • Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution)
  • Aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills – an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset
  • Ability to structure and manage intensive workloads
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common sense and resourcefulness 
  • Adapts and thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environment 
  • Possesses a high level of critical thinking 
  • Operates with a high level of professionalism and integrity, including dealing with confidential information 
  • Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Green Thumb 
  • Must have a solid understanding of the Cannabis laws, rules and regulations and passion to further their understanding and knowledge of the industry and the laws. 
Additional Requirements 
  • Must pass any and all required background checks  
  • Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry  
  • Must possess valid driver’s license 
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age 
  • Must be approved by state badging agency to work in cannabis industry
