Overview of the Role

We are currently seeking a Product Designer. This is a unique opportunity to play an instrumental role in deciding and figuring out what our product is going to look and feel like in the future. We are looking for someone who is ready to lead and work alongside our Product team to build out features to support our real-time agent coaching product for chat and voice.

Ways You’ll Contribute

• Build highly interactive web-based application UIs that can scale with application complexity
• Evolve existing User Interfaces to increase interactivity, intuitiveness, performance and overall user experience
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to define roadmaps and feature requirements
• Lead, perform, help coordinate and guide UX, research and visual design work
• Create workflows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs that solve business problems
• Work closely with front end developers and QA engineers to bring the product to production environments

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer on a Product Team with a strong portfolio of projects
• Expert at industry standard design tools including Sketch, Figma or equivalent
• Comfortable leading conversations with senior leadership across the organization
• A portfolio that displays strong visual design aesthetic, expertise at developing design concepts, and strong writing skills
