Insider's spotlight

What's the biggest problem your team is solving?

Out of all of the things I do as Senior Content Manager at Catch Co, the most fun (and challenging) is creating content around Karl VonDibble. Karl is the official face of our company. With him being a larger-than-life character, it gives us an endless opportunity to create content around his hi-jinks. This can be both overwhelming and exciting.

Brett Forde, aka MTB Hat Guy

Senior Content Manager

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

Catch Co. continuously encourages me to expand my skill set and advance my career, particularly when I transitioned into my new role within the company. I have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborate with senior leaders, and drive company culture – all while collaborating with team members across functions.

Natalie Robinson

Special Projects Manager

What is your vision for the company?

We believe the unknown is best explored together. We exist to create a community of discoverers. Our vision is for every angler in America to discover something great, unexpected or memorable through one of our brands.

Ross Gordon

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

One of our key objectives is to put the right data in the hands of our decision makers via our self-service analytics platform. We’re constantly talking to our peers in marketing, operations, etc., about the issues they’re trying to solve, building tools to help them analyze those issues, and improving those tools through a constant feedback cycle.
