Product Enablement Operations Lead
The Cisco Meraki team is seeking a driven and highly qualified operations and strategy lead to join Meraki’s Product Enablement Organization. Meraki’s Product Enablement mission is to develop, deliver, and enable scalable programs and solutions that make Cisco Meraki technologies more accessible to everyone.
Meraki is changing the way the industry thinks about networking, and you will support the charge to continue driving this change and help sustain and accelerate Meraki’s success and growth in the coming years.
In this role, you will be a member of the Product Enablement leadership team and be responsible to drive productivity, streamline strategic initiatives, establish business processes and oversee communication, metrics and programs. You will also be a liaison between Product Enablement and groups such as Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Finance and more across both Meraki and Cisco.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving large-scale cross functional initiatives and programs. Familiarity with Cisco’s sales, enablement or engineering organizations and deep understanding of Cisco’s inter-workings across a wide range of matrixed organizations is highly desirable.
In addition, you will need to be extremely creative in your approach, delivering unique and new ways to accelerate and scale programs, metrics and success measures across a wide range of cross-functional groups.
Responsibilities:
Help define and coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives
Track team dynamics, productivity, employee well-being and work with the management teams to continuously improve these and address any concerns
Serve as liaison between Product Enablement and Cisco and Meraki senior staff regarding project updates, goals and objectives, reporting and strategic planning
Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders
Orchestrate an array of administrative tasks around team meetings and communications
Own and maintain investment framework across the organization to prioritize and refine focus areas and initiatives
Lead special projects with Meraki’s sr. staff such as Meraki’s strategy, presence and participation at annual Cisco’s annual sales meeting
Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration or similar
7+ years in business operations, program management or similar roles
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
Effective, versatile, action-oriented and results-driven
Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management
Excellent communication skills
Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
Entrepreneurship, "can do" attitude, and ability and willingness to make an impact
Good understanding and familiarity with Cisco’s inter-workings across a wide range of matrixed organizations is a plus
Experience with Data Analysis is a plus
