The Product Group Leader is a critical role in our Product Development organization. This key leader enables
multiple teams to achieve their highest level of performance and empowers team members to fulfill career goals,
through his/her leadership of the Product Team Leaders aligned to them. This position acts as a servant leader,
removing external distractions, and thinks and executes strategically on their vision for product delivery and
talent alignments.
This position requires commitment to exceptional results, a strong desire for continuous improvement and the
ability to build a collaborative culture across teams. This in-turn will ensure we continue to innovate and expand
our market-leading product suite.

Required Experience:
Experience working in a .Net environment
Minimum 7-9 years in building applications in a SaaS web development environment
Experience directly managing multiple teams of software and QA engineers in a DevOps type
environment, both virtually and locally
Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture and developer tools, strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, preferred
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP), a plus
During the last three months, you would have:
A proven track record of providing visibility across the organization through delivery, team enablement,
talent development and community engagement
Managed Product Team Leaders and empowered them to remove impediments and enable their teams
to be their best
Developed and implemented measurable continuous improvement plans
Managed dependencies across product teams / business
Effectively managed production issues and communicate business impact to stakeholders
Nourished a collaborative environment with a willingness to share ideas, where open and honest
feedback flourishes
Facilitated longer-term career plans with each direct report, supported their development and found
opportunities for team members to fulfill their goals
Developed a strategic plan for talent alignment, growth and succession, in support of both the projected
needs of the teams in the future and the potential of team members
Rewarded top-performers and addressed performance issues in a timely and respectful way
Overseen delivery of features and enhancements across multiple products
