Product Group Leader
The Product Group Leader is a critical role in our Product Development organization. This key leader enables multiple teams to achieve their highest level of performance and empowers team members to fulfill career goals, through his/her leadership of the Product Team Leaders aligned to them. This position acts as a servant leader, removing external distractions, and thinks and executes strategically on their vision for product delivery and talent alignments.
This position requires commitment to exceptional results, a strong desire for continuous improvement and the ability to build a collaborative culture across teams. This in-turn will ensure we continue to innovate and expand our market-leading product suite.

During the first three months, you will:
- Provide visibility across the organization through delivery, team enablement, talent development and community engagement
- Manage Product Team Leaders and empower them to remove impediments and enable their teams to be their best
- Develop and implement measurable continuous improvement plans
- Manage dependencies across product teams / business
- Effectively manage production issues and communicate business impact to stakeholders
- Nourish a collaborative environment with a willingness to share ideas, where open and honest feedback flourishes
- Facilitate longer-term career plans with each direct report, support their development and find opportunities for team members to fulfill their goals
- Develop a strategic plan for talent alignment, growth and succession, in support of both the projected needs of the teams in the future and the potential of team members
- Reward top-performers and addressed performance issues in a timely and respectful way
- Oversee delivery of features and enhancements across multiple products
What you bring:
- Experience working in a .Net environment
- Minimum 7-9 years in building and/or managing applications in a SaaS web development environment
- Experience directly managing teams of Software, QA and/or Dev Ops Engineers in continuous delivery environment, both virtually and locally
- Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture and developer tools, strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, preferred
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP), a plus
