What You'll Bring
1-3 years relevant technical and analytical experience in application delivery, technical trouble-shooting and customer support. The right person will be highly technical and analytical, and able to build a bridge between technical requirements and product vision
Knowledge of software development practices and technologies, and prior experience working within software development teams
Ability to effectively communicate to cross-sectional teams, and coordinate with these teams in a timely manner to resolve product or partner issues
Excellent self-organizational skills with strong attention to detail, and time management skills with ability to prioritize work effectively
Capacity to anticipate, identify, and solve critical problems; the ability to confidently make decisions but comfortable with escalating issues when appropriate
Intermediate SQL query knowledge, and working experience in web services or other real-time B2B integration technologies
We’d Love to See:
Preferred knowledge of ReadyAPI, Spotfire, Graphana, JIRA, Confluence, and MS tools
Impact You'll Make
As a New Product Integration Solutions Specialist, you are responsible for cross-team coordinations to ensure new product requirements meet customer needs, seamless product roll-out to our partners, and successful training and turnover to the internal on-boarding and support teams. Your impact in this role is to act as a liaison between internal Product, Technical, Sales and Support teams along with supporting external Partners directly to ensure successful New Product launches. Below are just some of the ways you can make an impact in this position:
You will serves as a Product Delivery expert and liaison between Product, Development, and Support Teams to ensure successful product delivery and ongoing support; meanwhile you will serve as a subject matter expert for all new Consumer Connect Services delivered products
You will be a key member of the New Product Integration team to ensure customer success in trialing new product delivery
You will own assigned partner pilot engagements, with attention towards clear and well defined pilot objectives and success criteria
You will establish and nurture a strong, trusted, and continuous partnership with sales, product team, and external partners to ensure a seamless on-boarding and new product launch experience.
