JOIN OUR TEAM

We're looking for talented and highly motivated product managers to join our team. You’ll lead one of our full stack software model teams, each of which owns feature development related to specific models that make up our scalable digital advice platform. Ideal candidates are strong communicators with a demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and deliver complex technical features from inception to delivery. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead one or more full stack software delivery teams
  • Build and maintain a well organized product backlog of complex features
  • Synthesize input from users and stakeholders to effectively prioritize the backlog
  • Work with designers, developers and reliability engineers to deliver high quality software
  • Identify, communicate and remove impediments to feature delivery progress
  • Plan and resource delivery to maintain sustainable output velocity at high quality
  • Interface effectively with project managers, executives, and enterprise customers
  • Engage at varying levels of technical detail depending on the audience
  • Become a subject matter expert in workplace, retail investing, and wealth management advice

Requirements

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • You are highly organized and are known for driving software from requirements to production
  • You break down complex problems into concrete deliverables
  • You value iterative progress over perfection
  • You are a dynamic communicator; you know when to be consultative and when to be direct
  • You are comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with a high level of uncertainty
  • You are equally comfortable leveraging a defined process or designing a new one
  • You have a demonstrated ability to manage resources effectively
  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • You have at least 4 years of software product management experience
