Being a Product Manager in Cloud Services means...
You will work with iManage Cloud customers, iManage Cloud Operations, iManage Cloud Services and other internal and external stakeholders to define services which will enhance the customer experience for iManage Cloud customers. In this role you will compile feedback, suggest service enhancements, and integrate these enhancements into the Cloud Services roadmap. You will manage the introduction of enhancements to our Cloud Services from inception through customer availability. This position reports to the Sr. Product Manager-Cloud Services as a member of the iManage Cloud Service Team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a product manager for a cloud services provider with a background in delivery of IT services.
Responsibilities
- Define requirements for an iManage Cloud Trust Center and manage launch of the Trust Center to the field.
- Gather, analyze and track feedback from internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for service enhancements
- Monitor iManage Cloud competitors to identify competitive opportunities for service enhancements
- Define and maintain a cloud services roadmap with input from all stakeholders
- Drive delivery of cloud services enhancements
- Engage with product-level product managers to prioritize product enhancements which enhance the cloud experience
- Develop requirements documents and use cases for service enhancements
- Align service enhancements to SLA requirements
- Provide effective written and verbal updates on the product roadmap to internal and external audiences
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology discipline
- 3 to 5 years of experience in information technology or enterprise software
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a product manager for a cloud service provider
- 1 to 3 years of experience engaging with customers in a service or support role
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level with a strong technical aptitude
- Design-focused with the ability to translate user feedback and usage data in requirements; conducting competitive analysis and synthesize data from a variety of sources to support decision making and solution design using a variety of tools (Microsoft Excel, Transact-SQL, etc.)
- Skilled in working effectively with agile teams in an agile framework
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to take independent initiative
- Experience writing Python or PowerShell scripts which utilize a Rest-API is a plus
