What does a work environment look like at Vouch?

Vouch has a 3-HQ model: Office-Based, Office-Linked, and Remote-First. This role is Remote-First, which means that team members can work from anywhere in the U.S. so long as they can work during Vouch core collaboration hours (9 am-3 pm PT Mon-Fri).

The Job: 

Vouch is looking for a Product Manager, Data to join our team. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes data and gets excited about creating a data-driven decision making culture across all of our teams. You will shape the way product and business performance is measured, defining what questions should be asked, and scaling analytics methods and tools to support our growing business.

You will be responsible for:

• Define the roadmap and prioritization framework that determines what the data and analytics team works on
• Lead projects end-to-end success from discovery to launch in collaboration with a cross-functional Analytics, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Insurance team 
• Work closely with stakeholders across the company and drive proper requirement gathering, communication, and documentation
• Identify external data sources that describe the insurable risks of startup businesses and work with data engineering to integrate them into our system
• Work with marketing and sales to use data to drive our outreach and conversion
• Team up with the insurance team to identify opportunities to improve our underwriting
• Provide the team with automated dashboards and self-service reporting tools so that everyone gets a good sense of the state of the business
• Work with product and engineering to instrument the application, troubleshoot errors, and maintain data quality

About You:

• 3+ years industry experience
• Proven track record of implementing tools and maintaining data to enable other create insight and achieve our goals
• Fluency in data analysis and communication around data and defining KPI strategy for your business
• SQL skills--your ability to tap into our data pipeline will be key to your success
• Track record of identifying and aggregating data sources
