- Solid product management experience in B2B software or services
- Experience with identity, authentication, and fraud solutions
- Ability to conceptualize, develop and direct the execution of complex technology solutions
- Strong understanding of the Agile software development methodology
- Success in working with cross-functional teams and influence across a matrix organization to productively drive consensus, develop and deliver customer solutions and influence
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; capable of thinking outside the box and building enthusiastic support for new ideas
- Experience building strong relationships with a broad range of stakeholders including senior leadership and technical peers

- Execute our fraud strategy by engaging with our Global Fraud Solutions teams to understand needs and opportunities,
- Participate in or lead cross-functional team meetings for product customization and enhancement projects from concept initiation through product delivery
- Execute and manage assigned tasks and responsibilities such as coordinating efforts with Engineering, corporate product, and legal/compliance, sales and marketing to assist with product development, build, rollout, and other related tasks
- Be the subject matter expert for one or more services and provide support and expertise to internal and external stakeholders
