Job Description 

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager, Insights to join our growing Product team. You will play a key role in collaborating with a cross-functional team to create the best user experience for our customers while demonstrating your ability to think critically and analytically.

In this role, you will be creating, building and driving the product roadmap. You will act as the central voice for the product, drive product improvements, deliver insights and build sophisticated recommendations that will have a massive impact on the business.

Skills & Requirements

What you'll do

  • Demonstrates ability to own features or a module on the Insights Product from data analysis, discovery, user interviews, design and launch 

  • Develop and own the product roadmap for the features / module based on your research, relationship management, data analysis and industry knowledge

  • Become a close partner, advocate, and a go-to authority for internal and external stakeholders on features for voice of customer, user pain points, product roadmap, and feature releases

  • Build a deep understanding of users and their jobs to be done and use this information to uncover gaps and enhance product features. Develop frameworks to synthesize this understanding into insights for the business

  • Develop a solid relationship with Insights Engineers and collaborate on moving the platform forward

  • Clearly and concisely present strategic recommendations to senior leaders and explain assumptions to colleagues in other departments

  • Work cross-functionally in an extremely collaborative environment with teams such as engineering, design, product, data science, sales, and customer support teams

  • Evaluate key product metrics, usage, NPS, SUS and develop features that help retain and engage users

  • Understand Numerator's evolving strategic and competitive position to continuously deliver differentiated offerings

What you bring

  • 3-5 years experience in product management 

  • You are entrepreneurially focused and willing to adapt and thrive within our growth-oriented environment

  • You are a passionate leader who is able to motivate and engage with high performing teams

  • You possess excellent written, verbal and presentation skills to keep stakeholders informed and influence cross-functional partners

  • You have the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

  • You have sincere empathy for your users and a commitment to understanding their challenges

  • You have the willingness and ability to go deep in technical specs / requirements
