What You'll BringBachelor’s degree in relevant field
Must have performed Product Manager role for Healthcare analytics product for at least 3 years
Three-plus years of Healthcare experience focused on revenue cycle analysis experience in a Hospital or Healthcare Consultancy. Ideal candidate would have experience working for a large Health System performing revenue cycle analysis or worked for consulting firm (R1, Huron, Deloitte and Navigant)
Strong written and verbal communication skills: ability to clearly articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
Advanced MS Excel Proficiency
Analytical, critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
Time management skills with the ability to prioritize and contribute to multiple assignments simultaneously
Project management skills with the ability to oversee and manage small project teams to meet project deliverables inclusive of delegating work, setting clear goals, and managing customer expectations
What We'd Love To See:
Proficiency working with and writing queries for data extraction using the following: MySQL, SQL, and/or Tableau
Experience designing, developing and implementing process improvements for data sourcing and improving firm’s analytical capabilities
Impact You'll MakeContinuously review the product features and client needs to identify the features to be implemented / retired/ refined
Work with stakeholders to perform User Experience study and improve usability and usefulness of the product
Collaborate with internal and external partners to translated customer and business feedback into innovative analytical solutions and insights
Ensure appropriate training materials are produced for assisting clients to use the product and provide operational support needed to maximize the product usage
Measure adoption rate and ROI achieved with the product and publish case studies
Define a release calendar and work with development teams to deliver in an agile approach
Ensure release calendar is established and release notes are communicated to user community
Conduct webinars to promote the product and usefulness
Present analytic insights and recommendations product provides in succinct and compelling presentations for internal and external customers at various levels including an executive audience
Be responsible for defining product development budget and delivery
Track progress of sprints/releases to ensure product is delivered as promised.
Perform market research and assess the potential for product features being prioritized/present
Define detailed stories to help developers understand the features requested. Assess data requirements to ensure they are aligned with and traceable to organization objectives, and confirm requirements are communicated and presented in a format that is understandable to internal and external stakeholders
Coach senior client team members on overall value of application including the analytics and the return on investment
