About this role

You will join a Product Solutions team bringing to market visionary digital solution that customers love and competitors envy.

 

As Product Manager- Shopper Marketing Monetization you will own a high growth solution (75% YoY) focusing on monetization strategies for several of the world’s largest retailers and grocery stores. Epsilon’s solutions maximize sales of specific CPG/Brand SKUs at retail partners and differentiates with a best-in-class performance and then measure actual sales of specific Brand SKUs.  

 

You will lead strategic product planning and execution, drive monetization strategy for brand and retail partners and influence the shopper along the omni-channel path to purchase. You will be essential in defining new strategies to unlock CPG/Brand budgets and maximizing retailer monetization efforts (sponsored products, email, search, etc.).  

 

This is a critically important solution in Epsilon’s product portfolio as it impacts many verticals including Retail and Media & Entertainment. There is high visibility to leadership and all organizational teams. Therefore, this Product Manager role requires strong leadership skills such as competitive positioning, along with ownership skills to be CEO of a high-growth offering.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize enhancements including a 1-2 year roadmap. Create data-driven business cases on the long-term vision of the product. Success will require ongoing innovation from your ideas.  

  • This role has a lot of interaction with sales and clients. You will be responsible for competitive positioning, industry thought leadership, helping create marketing content and evolving the solution based on market/competitive changes.

  • Communicate the marketer need and vision of solution to engineering. This role does not need to define ‘how’ to technically build the solution.  Instead its advocating ‘why’.

 

Requirements

  • At least three years of product management experience or equivalent.

  • Experience with owning CPG/Brand budgets and defining budget allocation across distribution channels and partners.

  • Experience sourcing Shopper Marketing budgets.

  • Experience developing the competitive positioning and go-to-market strategies of a client-facing solution.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset. Startup experience and/or launching new product will be valued. 

  • Inherent passion about technology and marketing.

  • Ability to influence cross-functional team members without formal authority.

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).

  • Travel – less than 15%.
