ABOUT THE ROLE
ShopRunner is enabling our retail customers to compete in the ever-changing world of eCommerce. ShopRunner was acquired by FedEx in 2020 and is leveraging the know-how and scale of one of the most advanced global logistics player. We're looking for a Product Manager to help us build an open ecosystem for eCommerce, shipping, and fulfillment.
As a Supply Chain Tech Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team building a suite of products for our merchant partners and internal stakeholders. You will seek better ways to improve the experience for retailers, partners, consumers, and our operations team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive and communicate sprint planning to reach our roadmap milestones
- Contribute to product vision and roadmap strategy
- Interview internal and external stakeholders to understand pain points and opportunities
- Collaborate regularly with design and engineering to plan, develop, launch, and refine new features
- Build cases for new features or products that enhance the experience for customers or partners
- Work collaboratively with sales and partner success to increase product adoption by retailers
- Product ownership of our growing suite of interfaces or API services
- Participate in and present Products at prospective and current partner meetings
- Partner with engineering to influence technical solutions and architecture to optimize for speed and quality
- Define and prioritize product feature backlog as part of agile software development
- Drive business results and improve key metrics

- Experience in fulfillment, last-mile logistics, and/or retail supply chains is a plus.
- The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of product management experience - if you don't have Product experience and want to break in, make your case; we love enterprising individuals!
